SHIPPING

Most items are made to order. I aim to complete your order as quickly as possible and can often have items completed and ready for posting within a week. However please all for a 2 – 3 week turnaround, to cover any delay during busy periods. Should you require your order urgently please contact me prior to ordering. (littlemunchkinland@gmail.com)

We use Australia Post to ship all items.

Pick up is available from Akoonah Park Market – 2 Cardinia Street, Berwick – Sunday 8:00am to 1:30pm inside Shed A3 site number 337.

Pick up is also available from Clyde North, Victoria, 3978 via appointment only. Please just select the pick up option at the checkout and an email will be sent to you with the pick up location once your order has been fulfilled.

We can post INTERNATIONAL please send me an email so I can give you a quote on your shipping costs. (littlemunchkinland@gmail.com)

All packages will have tracking provided.

RETURNS

We are happy to exchange your item within 30 days of purchasing. All items must be in unworn/unused original condition. Postage will be at your own expense. Please send us an email at littlemunchkinland@gmail.com if you wish to exchange an item. Exchange will only occur once the original item has been returned.

Custom Items: Due to the custom nature of some of our items, they are not returnable or refundable unless a error is made on our end.

REFUNDS

We are happy to refund your money within 30 days of purchasing. All items must be in unworn/unused original condition. Postage will be at your own expenses. Please send us an email at littlemunchkinland@gmail.com if you wish to obtain a refund for an item. Refund will only be processed once the item has been received back.
