SHIPPING
Most items are made to order. I aim to complete your order as quickly as possible and can often have items completed and ready for posting within a week. However please allow for a 2 – 3 week turnaround, to cover any delay during busy periods. Should you require your order urgently please contact me prior to ordering. (littlemunchkinland@gmail.com)
We use Australia Post to ship all items.
We ship within Australia Only.
All packages will have tracking provided.
RETURNS
We are happy to exchange your item within 30 days of purchasing. All items must be in unworn/unused original condition. Postage will be at your own expense. Please send us an email at littlemunchkinland@gmail.com if you wish to exchange an item. Exchange will only occur once the original item has been returned.
Custom Items: Due to the custom nature of some of our items, they are not returnable or refundable unless a error is made on our end.
